KRAFTTRANS provides regular transportation services for a major chemical industry manufacturer, covering distribution to 15 countries worldwide.  The specific nature of the cargo — high risks of environmental pollution and harm to human health, flora, and fauna — means that chemical industry clients impose very strict requirements:

• Vehicle equipment: anti‑slip mats, lashing straps, spacer beams.
• Driver personal protective equipment (PPE): steel‑toe boots, chin‑strap hard hat, respirator with appropriate filters.
• Driver foreign language proficiency (to ensure understanding of safety instructions and ability to follow client personnel directives in emergency situations).

Without meeting these requirements, the vehicle and driver are not allowed onto the client’s premises or warehouse, even if the cargo being transported is completely safe (non‑ADR).

In May, the client urgently increased the number of orders from Hungary to Poland — from 5 to 25 trucks per week (a five‑fold increase). Advance notice was only three days.
