The multimodal transportation department of KRAFTTRANS, together with the railway transportation service and the company’s automobile department, organized the delivery of 560 Belarusian tractors to Latin America. To date, this project is the largest-scale supply of equipment from the Minsk Tractor Plant to Venezuela.
Cooperation between MTZ and KRAFTTRANS has been going on since the beginning of 2009. The delivery is carried out under the contract for the delivery of equipment from the Minsk Tractor Plant to Venezuela.
During the cooperation, optimal and reliable delivery schemes have been developed. The equipment arrived from Minsk to Klaipeda both by road and by rail. At the port, the tractors were loaded onto a Ro-Ro vessel, specializing in the transport of wheeled vehicles. At all stages of the movement of the cargo, KRAFTTRANS employees ensured its full accompaniment and safety.
