KRAFTTRANS delivered a 35,000‑liter milk cooling tank from Ireland to Kazakhstan. The cargo was oversized: 7.5 meters long, 3.0 meters wide, 3.5 meters high, weighing 3,500 kg.

The product code was not subject to sanctions, but difficulties arose during the customs documentation process in the EU due to the category of steel from which the tank was manufactured. Customs requested confirmation that the cargo would be used for its intended purpose.
